About Pomodoc

Pomodoc connects travellers with a doctor by video, licensed to treat them where they are. It is operated by Air Doctor (Air Doctor LTD), which runs a network of locally licensed doctors for travellers, and every consultation on Pomodoc is delivered by that network. The service is in English, and it works from wherever you are — a hotel room, a rented flat, a beach.

What you get

A video consultation with an English-speaking doctor licensed in the country you are in, for a fixed €40 — no subscription, no hidden fees. Where clinically appropriate and local rules permit, the doctor can issue a prescription valid at local pharmacies. A video consultation is for suitable non-emergency concerns; in an emergency, call the local emergency number first.

How our travel-health guides are written

Every country and symptom guide on this site names its sources — public health services such as the NHS, national systems like France's ARS and Portugal's SNS 24, and government travel advice such as the FCDO — and links to them at the bottom of the page. Each guide shows the date its sources were last checked. The guides tell you when a pharmacy or a national health line is a better first stop than us, and they say plainly what a video consultation cannot do.
